Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to download this document (Click here to download), fill it out and add it inside of your parcel. It then needs to be sent to the following address

All items MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene. item returned dirty will not be checked and the return will be refused. You will need to pay postage for us to send the product back to you.

 

What happens if my product is faulty/damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 12 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty items need to be thoroughly cleaned, and in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase then we can accept the refund. If your item does not meet this criteria, we will refuse the refund and you will be charged for the postage back to you.

If you do not contact us to confirm the return back to you within 30 days, we will destroy the product and no refund will be given.

All money refunded will be sent back to the original transaction card 

 

Please note: 

You have a 1 year warranty on your item if it is faulty or damaged. 

However, we will charge you for postage if there are faults or damage after the first month of purchase.

First month of purchase 

  • If your item is faulty within the first month of purchase, you will qualify for free postage return back to us. Once you have emailed us with evidence of the fault, we will send you the free return address
  • You may also qualify for the new item to be sent back to you with no postage costs charged

 

Please note, that if you use the free post address for any other returns, you will be charged for postage.

 

After the first month of purchase

  • If your item is faulty after the first month, you will need to pay postage to send it back to us
  • We will also charge you to post the new item back to your address

 

Within 3 months of purchase

  • We can exchange and refund you (you will pay for postage after month 1)

 

After 3 month of purchase

  • It is exchange only (you will be liable for postage costs)

 

What happens when we cannot find damage or fault with your return?

  • When your product is sent back to us as damaged/faulty, we will complete a full inspection to understand the fault/damage. 
  • If we cannot see any issues with the product and it does not meet our criteria of faulty, we will keep it on hold for 30 days. 
  • If you do not get back to us after 30 days with a decision, we will destroy your product and no refund will be given.

 

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

  • Items received that are incorrect must not have the packing opened or tampered, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. 
  • Incorrect items received with security seals or sealed packaging which are opened by you the customer cannot then be returned for an exchange as the item has been accepted.
